BTCA Silver Membership

The BTCA Silver Membership has been created for LTA accredited coaches who will already have public liability and other insurance cover for their coaching services in place, but this LTA accreditation insurance cover does NOT extend to volunteers, assistants and parent helpers supporting the insured coach in group tennis sessions. This gap in insurance cover means that accidents attributed to non-coach qualified volunteers and assistants working in the accredited coach's group sessions, are not insured and the accredited coach, or the volunteer/assistant, are personally liable for damages and costs as part of a successful claim against the coach or volunteer/assistant. 

BTCA Silver Membership plugs this hole by providing a separate insurance policy to provide public liability insurance cover for Volunteers and Assistants in group tennis sessions meaning a coach has complete peace of mind for their group and private coaching services. The cover also extends to other insurance benefits provided by the BTCA that aren't already covered by LTA Coach Accreditation.
