BTCA Coach Assistant Award: A Simple Way to Upskill and Engage Assistants

How It Works:

  • They apply key learnings from 8 course modules in a practical, active learning environment.
  • You track and sign off their progress—both the modules and volunteering sessions—via the Student Training Card via your BTCA dashboard.

Once all sessions and modules are completed, they earn the BTCA Coach Assistant Award and a digital certificate.

    • Course materials are online in your BTCA dashboard under “Courses.”
    • Assistants access materials through their Student Training Card in their phone wallet.

  6. Tracking Progress and Validation:

    • After each session, scan the QR code on the Student Training Card or mark it complete in your dashboard.
    • Sign off modules as completed. Once all 12 sessions and 8 modules are signed off, a digital certificate is generated for you to share with the assistant.
